Information we collect
When you request a listing audit, we may collect your name, email, phone number, brokerage, role, budget range, timeline, listing or website URL, service interests, and the context you choose to provide. You may also share property details, public social links, open house timing, campaign goals, current follow-up steps, and other information needed to understand the marketing system you want reviewed.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review your real estate marketing needs, respond to your request, prepare recommendations, and improve TAG AI services. We may use the information to identify gaps in listing positioning, property pages, Maya concierge workflows, social content, open house follow-up, mailers, seller reporting, and agent brand presentation. We do not sell personal information.
Forms and lead handling
Audit requests are intended for business communication. If a request is submitted, TAG AI may follow up using the contact details provided. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, guarantee results, or authorize public use of any listing material until a separate scope and approval process are agreed to.
Third-party platforms
This site links to third-party social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Those platforms process data under their own privacy policies when you visit them. TAG AI does not control those platforms, their cookies, their login prompts, or how they display shared profiles and posts.
Marketing examples
Portfolio examples on the site may include campaign assets, property creative, documents, videos, screenshots, or links used to demonstrate real estate marketing workflows. These examples are presented to explain the service model and should be reviewed for MLS, fair housing, brokerage, brand, and seller approval before any final public use.
Contact and deletion requests
To ask about information you submitted, request correction, or request deletion, use the contact page and include the email address used in your audit request. We may need enough context to locate the submission and verify that the request relates to your information.
